This is a fun process.  Getting to know each other, thinking about what makes your home special, and seeing your home through a camera's eye is a good time.  Of course, there are details.

• Time for a consultation can usually be scheduled within two weeks and will take 1-2 hours.

• The purpose of the consultation is for us to get to know each other, and for me to get to know your home and how you think about it. We will look at sample books and discuss the scope and estimated price for a book that meets your expectations.

• Prior to shooting I require a booking fee that will be credited against the final invoice amount.

• Shooting is scheduled in 1/2 day increments.

• I shoot lived-in spaces that aren't perfect and show evidence of life. I shoot rooms as I find them. I will make small adjustments but do not do housekeeping or staging.  A good rule of thumb is to clean as you would for guests.

• It will take two to four weeks to produce an electronic proof of your book for you to review.

• I will invoice you review and approve an electronic proof.  Half the invoiced amount is due before the book is sent to the printer. The second half is due on receipt of the book.

• Printing takes two to three weeks.

• All together, plan on two months from start to finish.
